OrthoCarolina Merges With Hickory Orthopaedic Center

OrthoCarolina, based in Charlotte, N.C., recently added Hickory (N.C.) Orthopaedic Center to its group, according to an OrthoCarolina news release.

The two groups will partner to form OrthoCarolina Hickory, which includes the main office and four satellite offices. The new practice includes 10 physicians with subspecialty interests in hand and microvascular surgery, foot and ankle care, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine and non-operative pain management.

This partnership marks the fourth group that has merged with OrthoCarolina since late 2010.
