Florida hospital celebrates 100th spine surgery

HCA Florida Lake City marked its 100th spine surgery, according to a WCJB report.

John Stevenson, MD, performed the milestone case Jan. 31, the report said. The hospital has made key investments in the spine program including new technologies.

The hospital is in the process of constructing an $88 million tower that will double the capacity of its surgical services and nearly double its space.
