Ascension St. Vincent’s expands spine services

Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay County in Middleburg, Fla., added advance spine surgery services, Jax Daily Record reported Nov. 19.

The hospital’s spine services will include minimally invasive and complex surgery, craniotomy for tumor resection and stereotactic radiosurgery.

“This will significantly improve the lives of those suffering from complex spine conditions and help St. Vincent’s provide more comprehensive care across Northeast Florida,” Endrit Ziu, MD, a neurosurgeon at the hospital said in the report.
