Vikings head team physician Chris Larson, MD, led the procedure in Eagan, Minn., to repair Mr. Darrisaw’s anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament, according to a post on X from the team.
Mr. Darrisaw suffered the injury in an Oct. 24 game against the Los Angeles Rams, where he tore both the ACL and MCL in his left knee.
Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell later confirmed to Sports Illustrated that Mr. Darrisaw’s injury ended the season for the player.
