Columbia department of neurological surgery adds director

The New York City-based Columbia Neurosurgery team has added Taemin Oh, MD, to its team, according to an Oct. 28 LinkedIn post.

Dr. Oh joined as assistant professor, co-director of complex pediatric spinal neurosurgery and director of pediatric neurosurgical scoliosis. 

He will serve children and families, managing complex spinal disorders at NewYork- Presbyterian Hospital. 

Dr. Oh jointly joined Columbia Orthopedics to provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients as well. 

He previously held training positions at the University of California, San Francisco, the Salt Lake City-based University of Utah and Philadelphia-based Shriners Children’s.
