He was most recently COO for Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, S.C., and oversaw 65 ambulatory locations and more than 450 providers. He also worked as vice president of orthopedics and neuroscience at Bon Secours Mercy Health-Cincinnati and COO for ambulatory services at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston.
Mr. Fraleigh has a doctor of physical therapy degree from Flagstaff-based Northern Arizona University and an MBA from Tucson-based University of Arizona.
