Dr. Matthew Thompson joins Good Shepherd Orthopedics Clinic

Matthew Thompson, MD, joined Good Shepherd Health Care System and is working at the Good Shepherd Orthopedics Clinic in Hermiston, Ore.

Dr. Thompson has expertise in primary and revision total joint replacement, limb salvage surgery, trauma and oncology, the health system said in a July 30 news release. His addition grows Good Shepherd Orthopedics Clinic to four orthopedic physicians.

He earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, and he completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond.
