Coastal Spine and Pain Institute adds AI scribe technology

Westborough, Mass.-based Coastal Spine and Pain Institute has implemented artificial intelligence-powered medical scribe Sunoh.ai.

Sunoh.ai integrates with eClinicalWorks, an ambulatory cloud EHR, to capture patient-provider conversations and turn them into notes, according to a July 9 news release from eClinicalWorks. 

Coastal Spine and Pain Institute specializes in pain management and has implemented Sunoh.ai to simplify clinical documentation. Sunoh.ai is the first AI-powered medical scribe to generate multimodal notes and is used by 40,000 providers nationwide, according to the release.
