Maine hospital adds 4 orthopedic surgeons

Waterville, Maine-based Northern Light Inland Hospital has added four new orthopedic surgeons to Northern Light Orthopedics.

The four surgeons, including Gerard Benecki, MD, Jeff Headrick, MD, J. Mark MacNaughton, MD, and Michael J. Magee, MD, have 125 years of combined experience with total joint replacements of the hip, knee, shoulder and elbow, fracture care, arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair and other procedures, according to a June 13 news release from the hospital. 

The surgeons will join Brian Abbott, DO, who provides nonsurgical care at the orthopedic practice.
