Medtronic CFO to depart

Karen Parkhill, who is Medtronic’s CFO, will resign from her role in August and assume the same position at HP.

Ms. Parkhill weill remain in her role at Medtronic until Aug. 2, the devicemaker said in a June 26 news release. Gary Corona, senior vice president of global financial planning and analysis, will assume the role of interim CFO.

“I am personally grateful to Karen for her support through my transition to CEO, navigating the pandemic and delivering a new operating model for the company. We wish her all the best as she takes on the next chapter of her career,” CEO Geoff Martha said in the release.
