Stryker completes 1st Infinity Total Ankle surgeries in Europe

Stryker has completed its first surgeries using the Infinity Total Ankle System with Adaptis and Everlast technology in Europe.

The procedures were completed by David Townshend, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at North Tyneside General Hospital in the United Kingdom, according to a May 7 news release. 

The surgeries officially launched a study on the Infinity system with Adaptis and Everlast in Europe. The ankle system is optimized for efficiency through Stryker’s Prophecy Surgical Planning program, the release said.
