How 5 Stryker executives were paid since 2021

Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo’s total compensation grew from $18.6 million in 2022 to about $20.8 million in 2023, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The devicemaker’s March 26 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2021 to 2023. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, and other pay.
