PathKeeper Surgical enters research agreement with Mayo Clinic for spine surgery

PathKeeper Surgical inked a know-how partnership with Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic to research radiation in pediatric spine surgeries.

Mayo spine surgeons ​​Noelle Larson, MD, and Todd Milbrandt, MD, will work with the company to address challenges in pediatric spine surgery for scoliosis, PathKeeper Surgical said in a March 25 news release.

PathKeeper Surgical’s technologies use machine learning and laser-optic navigation to improve precision and reduce radiation exposure.
