Dr. Mitchell has been practicing orthopedics in the state for several decades, most recently working in Casper, Wyo., according to a Feb. 23 press release.
Dr. Mitchell also served as an orthopedic surgeon in the U.S. Air Force. He specializes in the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of ankle, foot, knee and hand issues.
