Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach building acquired in $20.5M transaction

Two medical office buildings in Boynton Beach, Fla., have sold for $20.5 million, including one housing the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach, according to a Feb. 22 report from The Real Deal.

The buildings, which last traded hands for $15.7 million in 2019, were acquired by Kayne Anderson and Remedy Medical. Kayne currently manages about $15 billion in assets across the U.S., according to the report. 

Remedy Medical owns around 26.1 million square feet of medical offices in the U.S.
