Stryker to acquire orthopedic company

Stryker will acquire Serf SAS, a France-based joint replacement company.

The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, Stryker said in a Dec. 18 news release. 

Serf SAS focuses on hip implants and is the company behind the Dual Mobility Cup. The acquisition will add to Stryker’s presence in France and Europe.
