OrthoVirginia building sells for $8.5M

An Ashburn, Va.-based medical office building fully leased to OrthoVirginia has sold for $8.5 million, according to a Dec. 14 report from REBusiness Online.

The 12,580-square-foot facility was built in 2022 and is part of a 90,000-square-foot shopping center. 

The facility was purchased by a Virginia-based private investor who paid in all cash. OrthoVirginia currently has 35 locations in the area, according to the report.
