Dr. Rasouli has been on the commission starting this year. He is a spine surgeon at Rasouli Spine in Beverly Hills, Calif. Dr. Rasouli also works at 90210 Precision Ambulatory Surgical Centers abd Spalding Ambulatory Surgical Center, both in Beverly Hills.
