Dr. Rajat Jain to Lead Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC’s New Pediatric Sports Medicine Program

Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC has launched a new pediatric sports medicine program that will be lead by Rajat Jain, MD, according to UPMC news release.

Dr. Jain is a sports medicine specialist with an interest in treating non-surgical fractures, strains, joint and muscle pain in pediatric patients. He is currently the lead physician for Children’s Sports Medicine at UPMC.

The new program’s goal is to ensure children receive appropriate care for sports injuries and help them return to their activities, according to the report.
