Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee adds to orthopedic surgery team

The Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee has added orthopedic surgeon Preet Gurusamy, MD, according to an Oct. 20 report from the Williamson Herald.

Dr. Gurusamy is a specialist in hip and knee replacement procedures as well as robot-assisted surgeries. 

He is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Gurusamy also serves as a sports medicine physician for Fairview (Tenn.) High School, the report said.

The Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, based in Franklin, supports five locations in Williamson County, according to its website.
