Orthofix under investigation

Pomerantz law firm is investigating Orthofix, according to an Oct. 3 news release.

The investigation is looking into concerns whether Orthofix was involved with securities fraud or orther unlawful business practices.

The news comes less than a month after Orthofix announced leadership changes including an interim CEO, interim CFO and interim chief legal officer. The leadership shuffle was in response to an investigation that unveiled “repeated inappropriate and offensive conduct.”
