Mississippi city approves plans for orthopedic practice

The Oxford (Miss.) City planning commission unanimously approved plans for Tupelo, Miss.-based Specialty Orthopedic Group’s proposed medical center, The Oxford Eagle reported Sept. 11.

The two-story medical center is expected to have 43,450 square feet, the report said. It is expected to include specialty orthopedic care and an ASC.

With approval, the practice is able to begin construction.
