Orthofix’s 7D Flash gets new minimally invasive spine module

Orthofix launched the Percutaneous Module 2.0 for the 7D Flash navigation system, the medtech company said Aug. 28.

The module is designed for minimally invasive spine surgery and has new planning features and increased functionality, according to a news release. The navigtation system relies on visible light to reduce radiation exposure to patients and staff.

Initial cases with the module have been completed.
