DxTx Pain and Spine secures $50M in funding

Barrington Hills, Ill.-based DxTx Pain and Spine has secured over $50 million in funding from BC Partners Credit to expand its operations across the country.

The investment will allow DxTx to prioritize compliance and deliver exceptional patient care at its 60 ASCs and pain practices, which span across nine states, according to a July 21 press release. 

DxTx is actively seeking additional partnerships with “groups that share its commitment to maintaining focus on patient well-being, respect for physicians and a high-level of physician control and ownership,” the release said.
