The center is owned by Dr. Vollmer and his wife, Taira Vollmer. Dr. Vollmer has another center located inside of the Pine Grove ASC in Russell, Pa. A total of 10 employees will staff both practice locations.

Tim Vollmer, DO, director of the pain management department at State College, Pa.-based University Orthopedics has opened his second private practice, the Pain Spine and Joint Center of the Alleghenies, in St. Marys, Pa., according to a June 28 report from The Daily Press.
