Centinel Spine reaches 1,000 disc replacements with cervical devices

Centinel Spine reached 1,00 cases with the Prodisc C Vivo and Prodisc C SK cervical disc replacement devices, the company said April 20.

The milestone comes two months after the company surpassed 500 procedures with the devices, according to a news release. Procedure volume jumped more than 60 percent in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the fourth quarter of 2022.

Prodisc C Vivo and Prodisc C SK were launched in September. Centinel Spine’s Prodisc portfolio has seen more than 225,000 global implantations.
