Shenandoah Medical Center adds new orthopedic specialists following MD West One partnership

The Shenandoah (Iowa) Medical Center is adding four new orthopedic providers to its team, in part due to a new partnership with Omaha, Neb.-based MD West One, according to a Feb. 20 report from local radio station KMALand.

The center has added certified physician assistant Jake Davis full-time. Mr. Davis has worked in orthopedics for over 10 years, specializing in total joint replacements and sports medicine. 

Through its MD West partnership, three physicians will provide care at Shenandoah several times a month. 

The center will welcome foot and ankle specialist Kathleen Grier, MD; sports medicine, hip and knee specialist James Mantone, MD; and upper extremities specialist Michael Del Core, MD.
