The Look Up campaign focuses on tips people can use to avoid cervical spine problems such as tracking time using devices, aligning devices at eye level, improving psture habits and exercising to strengthen the neck, back and core, according to a Feb. 8 news release.
“Backed by research, the ‘Look Up’ campaign is an important step to alert individuals to these symptoms and increase the emphasis on prevention methods, Michael Daubs, MD, president of the of the Cervical Spine Research Society, said in the release.
