Spine practice leader among 2 buying medical office building space for $1.1M

Tamer Ghaly, MD, a pain management specialist and owner of Waterbury, Conn.-based iSpine and his partner, Marian Ghaly, bought four office units a Waterbury medical office complex for $1.1 million, Hartford Business Journal reported Jan. 17.

The units range from 1,233 to 5,480 square feet and total 10,488 square feet, the report said. The sale was recorded Dec. 28.

ISpine has other locations in Shelton and Oxford, Conn. Dr. Ghaly has expertise in treating spine and orthopedic conditions including spinal stenosis, neuropathy and joint pain.
