Minnesota hospital expansion to include orthopedic center

St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee is expanding to include a TRIA orthopedics clinic, the hospital said Jan. 10.

The facility will include outpatient orthopedic surgery, along with other specialities, according to a news release. It will be 46,000 square feet.

Construction will begin in spring 2023 and is expected to open in early 2024.
