SeaSpine sees 45% growth in Q3: 5 notes

SeaSpine’s third quarter revenue hit $67.1 million, a 45 percent jump year-over-year, according to results posted Nov. 1.

Five things to know:

1. U.S. sales grew 24 percent compared to the same period in 2021 with $51.1 million.

2. U.S. spinal implants and enabling technologies revenue of $27.4 million represents a 30 percent year-over-year increase.

3. U.S. orthobiologic sales of $23.8 million was an 18 percent increase year-over-year.

4. International sales leaped 207 percent compared to the third quarter of 2021 with $16 million.

5. SeaSpine saw a net loss of $15.5 million in the third quarter.
