The practice, which opened two years ago, added 4,000 square feet to its facility, growing to 15,000 square feet total.

In the first year of operation alone, the practice’s patient volume increased by 65 percent, driving the need for expansion, according to an Oct. 27 press release.

The expansion added seven exam rooms, an expanded nurse station, additional offices and more.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
