Dr. Walters received his medical degree and completed his residency at UAMS, the university said. He also completed a spine and orthopedic fellowship at UAMS.
Dr. Walters is also a research assistant at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System and works with the UAMS College of Medicine Honors in Research Program.
