The 3D-printed interbody system is designed to deliver an interbody to the anterior portion of the disc space, according to a company news release. It has a variety of footprint and lordotic options.

WaveForm TA also has a porous body that optimizes subsidence resistance, implant stiffness and orthobiologics packability, the release said.

“This system provides a versatile and reproducible lumbar interbody solution while providing efficiency through cross-compatible instrumentation,” Dennis Cirino, senior vice president of SeaSpine’s global spinal systems business, said in the release. “This allows surgeons the flexibility of choosing from multiple SeaSpine implant families with only one set of familiar instrumentation.”

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
