The procedure was the third on Mr. Belt’s right knee. In 2015, he had surgery to repair a torn meniscus. Three years later, he went under the knife again, with that surgery including a microfracture, according to the report.
Mr. Belt is expected to rehab for about two months, giving him time to get ready for next season, according to CBS Sports.
