Orthopedic surgeons Nathan Cohen, MD, Brett Cascio, MD, and trauma specialist Thomas W. Axelrad, MD, PhD, will direct the new center, which offers treatment options for patients with hip and groin pain. The center will include several non-surgical treatment options, such as platelet-rich plasma therapy and bone marrow aspirate concentrate. When surgery is necessary, the surgeons can perform procedures such as hip arthroscopy, pelvic osteotomy, hip replacement and treatment for fractures and breaks.
