Breakthrough designation is for products that provide for more effective treatment or diagnosis of life-threatening or irreversibly debilitating diseases or conditions; application to the program is voluntary.
Polymotion will complement Exactech’s Alteon hip arthroplasty portfolio. Exactech is a minority shareholder of JointMedica.
