Mr. Hall suffered three heart attacks and a blood clot in a single night following the procedure, the report said.
Kevin Nash, a former wrestling star who performed with Mr. Hall, said on Instagram that Mr. Hall’s family is preparing to take him off life support.
“I’m going to lose the one person on this planet I’ve spent more of my life with than anyone else,” Mr. Nash said.
Mr. Hall starred in televised events for both World Wrestling Entertainment and World Championship Wrestling beginning in the 1980s. He has been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice.
