Mr. Fischetti is currently chair of the board at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, according to a March 11 news release. He previously worked at Johnson & Johnson for more than 30 years as company group chair, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Mr. Fischetti will stand for election to the board May 4.
