Montecito acquires building housing California orthopedic practice

Montecito Medical purchased the medical office building housing Redding, Calif.-based Shasta Orthopaedics.

The 41,200-square-foot building is fully leased, according to a March 4 news release. Shasta Orthopaedics has the largest group of board-certified musculoskeletal in its region.

This acquisition expands Montecito’s California presence. In 2021, Montecito acquired California properties in Chico and near Los Angeles.
