4-physician practice joins Virginia health system

A four-physician practice joined Winchester, Va.-based Valley Health.

The practice in Martinsburg, W.Va., is now called Valley Health Center for Orthopedic Excellence, according to a Feb. 1 news release. It’s operated by Joseph Cincinnati, DO; Troy Foster, DO; Thomas Knutson Jr., DO, and John Buschman, DO.

In the last two years, the surgeons began offering outpatient knee and hip replacements.
