OrthoIllinois promotes new CEO

Elgin-based OrthoIllinois has promoted Anthony Brown to CEO, according to a Jan. 7 news release shared with Becker’s.

Mr. Brown joined OrthoIllinois as chief strategy officer in September 2020. He succeeds Don Schreiner, who retired Dec. 31 after 22 years with the company. 

Mr. Brown joined OrthoIllinois after serving as vice president of operations at Northwestern Medicine’s Huntley (Ill.) Hospital, where he led several growth and service line initiatives.

OrthoIllinois has 22 locations in Illinois.
