The joint venture will identify opportunities to expand access to healthcare services in Springfield, but there are no immediate plans to adjust services at the hospital.

Founded in 2009, Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital provides inpatient and outpatient care in more than 16 specialties, including spine surgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology, general surgery and urology.
