Integra exec Angela Steinway named to SeaSpine’s board of directors

Carlsbad, Calif.-based spine device company SeaSpine appointed Angela Steinway to its board of directors.

Ms. Steinway will serve as a member of the company’s audit committee, the company said Dec. 14. Ms. Steinway has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry.

Currently, she is the vice president of strategy, business development and private label at Integra Lifesciences, where she’s worked since 2009. Before that, Ms. Steinway worked as a securities analyst for medical devices and diagnostics equity research at Oppenheimer & Co.

She is a member of the board at ProduceGood, an organization dedicated to finding sustainable solutions to alleviate hunger, reclaim and repurpose waste and promote community health.

With the appointment of Ms. Steinway, the SeaSpine board of directors now consists of nine directors, eight of whom are independent, the company said.
