5 orthopedic partnerships in the past month

From a new musculoskeletal platform in Nevada to an orthopedic practice expanding across state lines, here are five orthopedic partnerships Becker’s has reported on in the past month:

1. Reno-based Spine Nevada and Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic Medical Clinic in Carson City, Nev., merged to create a 60-provider group, which is the largest musculoskeletal care platform in the state.

2. Management services organization U.S. Orthopaedic Partners added Tupelo-based Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi.

3. U.S. Orthopaedic Partners also announced its intent to partner with Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center.

4. Joimax is partnering with contract resource organization North American Science Associates to bring support for prior authorization of Joimax’s devices and appeals processes to its U.S. customers.

5. Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine is expanding to Florida through a partnership with Flagler Health+ in St. Augustine.
