The practice will move into a 13,500-square-foot medical office building in Fairborn, Ohio. The one-story building will have space for occupational and outpatient therapy, clinical services and imaging.

David Mohler, CEO of Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio, said demand at the practice’s facilities are “bursting at the seams,” prompting the move. The Fairborn location will be able to serve up to 1,000 patients per week.

Workers broke ground on the building in May, and the practice expects to move in by Thanksgiving Day.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
