The clinic will be rebranded as a Mike Ditka IMAC Regeneration Center, the company’s third such location in the Chicago area.

“We firmly believe in the price discipline within our acquisition strategy to grow existing and neighboring markets,” IMAC Holdings CEO Jeff Ervin said in a June 25 news release. “This is our fourth acquisition in 2021, and we have a robust pipeline of targets to continue our strategy into the second half of the year.”

The practice was acquired for an undisclosed amount that represents about twice 2020 cash flow. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IMAC Holdings owns or manages more than 15 outpatient clinics that provide regenerative, orthopedic and minimally invasive therapies.
