Dr. Cook, chief of the university’s pediatric orthopedic division, has been jointly appointed the Dr. C. McCollister Evarts Professor in Orthopaedics.
He specializes in pediatric orthopaedics, hip dysplasia in children and young adults, and complex hips, and has authored several journal articles on pediatric hips, pediatric athletes and fractures.
Dr. Cook is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He completed a fellowship in orthopedics and trauma at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, and a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Boston Children’s Hospital.
