Massachusetts hospital adds 2nd neurosurgeon in 4 months

Justin Slavin, MD, became the second spinal neurosurgeon to join Milford (Mass.) Regional Medical Center in the past four months, Milford Daily News reports.

Dr. Slavin, an assistant professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, specializes in degenerative spine disorders, minimally invasive spine surgery and spinal microsurgery. He joins Ziev Moses, MD, who was onboarded in November.

Before taking this role, Dr. Slavin was an attending neurosurgeon at Greater Baltimore Medical Center.

Both surgeons are seeing patients at UMass Memorial Surgery at Milford.
