The practice is seeking candidates with at least 10 years of senior leadership experience at a large surgical practice. It will also consider hospital executives with “leadership experience managing or interacting and negotiating with large physician group practices,” according to Hartz Search, a healthcare executive recruiting firm enlisted by Mayfield Brain & Spine.

Prospects should have a firm understanding of the healthcare industry, including operations, reimbursement, competitive forces and implications of proposed changes.

Mayfield Brain & Spine comprises 19 neurosurgeons and more than 210 employees. The group serves patients across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
